Bakalářská práce předkládá ucelený pohled nad problematikou výslechu dětí, které jsou v trestním řízení v postavení svědka. Upozorňuje na právo dítěte na zvláštní péči a pomoc, přičemž poukazuje na orgány, které se právní ochranou dětí zabývají a na jejich součinnost s policií. Zaměřuje se na zvláštnosti dětské psychiky. This bachelor´s thesis presents a coherent survey of problems related to interrogation of children as witnesses in criminal proceedings. It draws attention to right of a child for a special care and assistance, while refering to bodies involved in legal protection of children and their interaction with police.
