Non-formal leisure-based adult education and its organisation in the regional kontext

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou zájmového vzdělávání dospělých občanů v regionu Most a jeho organizačním zajištěním. Práce mapuje poskytovatelé zájmo-vého vzdělávání, jejich systém podpory, vzájemné vztahy mezi jednotlivými organiza-cemi a jaká je konkrétní nabídka zájmových kurzů a jejich obsazenost ze strany do-spělé veřejnosti. V teoretické části je popsáno celoživotní vzdělávání, neformální a zájmové vzdělávání zaměřené na dospělé. Je objasněn volný čas a životní styl dospě-lých a závěr teoretické části je věnován poskytovatelům zájmového vzdělávání do-spělých a také účasti dospělých lidí na zájmovém vzdělávání u nás i ve světě. Empi-rická část práce nabízí pohled na metodologii výzkumu a dále jsou zde prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které jsou poté shrnuty a diskutovány. V rámci výzku-mu bylo například zjištěno, že jednotlivé organizace spolu vzájemně spolupracují, aniž by si výrazně konkurovaly nebo že dospělí lidé se mohou zájmově vzdělávat i na základní umělecké škole.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of adult leisure education in the Most region and its organization. The thesis maps the providers of interest education, their system of support, mutual relations between individual organizations and what is the specific offer of interest courses and their occupancy by the adult public. The theoretical part describes lifelong learning, non-formal and adult-oriented leisure education. Adult leisure and lifestyle is explained and the theoretical part concludes with a discussion of providers of adult leisure education and the participation of adults in leisure edu-cation in the country and worldwide. The empi-rical part of the thesis offers an in-sight into the research methodology and the results of the research are presented and then summarised and discussed. For example, it was found in the framework of the challenge that individual organisations cooperate with each other without competing significantly or that adults can also participate in leisure education at an art school.
