Divorce as a socially pathological phenomenon

Abstract:

V předložené bakalářské práci je popisována rozvodovost jako výrazný sociálně patologický jev současnosti. V práci je popsána jak historie a pozice rodiny a jejich členů ve společnosti, tak podmínky a okolnosti existence funkční rodiny. Dále byly v práci popsány důvody rozvodovosti, kde byl jako nejvýznamnější důvod rozvodovosti spatřován fenomén domácího násilí ve všech svých podobách, formách a znacích. V neposlední řadě byly v práci zmíněny možnosti řešení negativních následků rozvodovosti, zejména způsoby intervence státu do neúplných rodin s cílem zajistit co možná nejlepší a nejméně narušený vývoj dítěte a jeho socializaci.

Abstract:

In the submitted bachelor thesis the divorce rate is described as a distinctive social-pathological phenomenon of the present. There is both in this thesis, the history and the position of a family and its members and also conditions and circumstances of the existence of functional family. Below there are described the reasons for divorces where as the most significant reason was considered the phenomenon of domestic violence in all its forms and characters. Last but not least are mentioned the possibilities of solving the negative consequences of divorces, especially the methods of intervention from the state in incomplete families with the aim to ensure the best and the least defective development of a child and its socialization.
