Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pohledy a názory zákonných zástupců žáků na autoritu učitelů. Cílem práce je zjistit postoje rodičů k autoritám učitelů, především k autoritě třídního uči-tele jejich dětí. Jejich výsledné postoje následně porovnat s názory a zkušenostmi třídních učitelů. Prvního výzkumného šetření, které bylo formou online dotazníků, se účastnili ro-diče žáků 1. stupně základních škol. The thesis explores views and opinions of pupils' legal representatives toward teachers' authority. The main focus of this work is to discover parents' attitudes towards the authority of teachers', especially the one of class teachers and their pupils and then to compare result of these observations to opinions and views of the teachers themselves.
