Abstract:

Práce se zabývá občanskou vybaveností v obcích správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Litoměřice. Zkoumané území se nachází v jihovýchodní části Ústeckého kraje a zahrnuje 40 obcí. Na úvod práce definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy dané tématiky, tedy vzájemnou závislost obcí, autonomii obcí, občanskou vybavenost a kvalitu života. Empirická část práce poskytuje ucelené výsledky provedené analýzy občanské vybavenosti obcí. Po jejich kategorizaci byly získané informace pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření komparovány se subjektivními názory občanů daných obcí. Výsledkem je kompaktní přehled obcí dle míry spokojenosti občanů s jednotlivými prvky občanské vybavenosti. Závěry práce vypovídají o rozmístění a významnosti prvků občanské vybavenosti na vedení spokojeného života lidí na Litoměřicku.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on community facilities in municipalities in the administrative district of the town of Litomerice. The researched territory is located in the south-east part of the Usti region and is comprised of 40 municipalities. In the opening part the paper defines and interprets the main terms related to the researched topic, i.e. interdependence of municipalities, autonomy of municipalities, community facilities and quality of life. The empirical part presents research results of the analysis of the existing facilities in the municipalities. Following the classification of data, information obtained by means of questionnaires was compared with subjective public opinion in the municipalities. The result is a concise summary of municipalities classified according to the rate of their inhabitants´ satisfaction with individual items of community facilities. The conclusions of the thesis illustrate the relation between the distribution and significance of community facilities in the Litomerice district and the well-being of its inhabitants.
