Abstract:

V této práci se autor zabývá manipulativními technikami v kvartérních médiích, zejména na sociálních sítích. Cílem práce je analyzovat vnímání manipulace na sociální síti Facebook a zjistit, jak a zda uživatelé této sociální sítě vnímají manipulaci. V práci jsou popsány pojmy médium, sociální síť, manipulace, manipulativní techniky a mediální gramotnost. Na základě popsaných technik manipulace a chyb v lidském myšlení autor identifikoval jednotlivé manipulativní techniky, se kterými se uživatelé sociální sítě setkávají. Na základě výsledků analýzy autor navrhl 5 opatření, které by měly dopad manipulativních technik minimalizovat. Data pro uskutečněný výzkum pocházejí z autorem vytvořeného online dotazníkového šetření, jehož otázky zodpovědělo 222 náhodných respondentů. Výsledky ukázaly, jak na sociální síť pohlížejí uživatelé, jak uživatelé sociální sítě vnímají manipulaci, jakým manipulativním technikám nejčastěji podléhají a také byla nastíněna i průměrná mediální gramotnost uživatele. Výstupem této práce je interpretace výsledků výzkumu, která je následně porovnána v práci popsanými fakty a s komentářem odborníka na sociální sítě a 5 opatření, která by měla dopad manipulativních technik minimalizovat.

Abstract:

In this work the author deals with manipulative techniques in Quaternary media, especially on social networks. The aim of this work is to analyze the perception of manipulation on Facebook social network and to find out how and whether users of this social network perceive manipulation. The thesis describes the concepts of medium, social network, manipulation, manipulative techniques and media literacy. Based on the described techniques of manipulation and errors in human thinking, the author identified the various manipulative techniques that social network users encounter. Based on the results of the analysis, the author proposed 5 measures to minimize the impact of manipulative techniques. The data for the research carried out come from the author's online questionnaire survey, which was answered by 222 random respondents. The results showed how the social network is viewed by users, how social network users perceive the manipulation, the manipulative techniques they are subject to, and also the average media literacy of the user. The output of this work is the interpretation of the research results, which is then compared in the work described by the facts and with the commentary of the expert on social networks and 5 measures that should minimize the impact of manipulative techniques.
