Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na novou regulaci pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů, kterou je myšlen zákon č. 170/2018 Sb. neboli zákon o distribuci pojištění a zajištění (zkratka „ZDPZ“), jenž vychází z IDD směrnice vydané Evropskou unií. The bachelor's thesis is referring to the new regulation of insurance intermediaries, which is based on Act No. 170/2018 Coll. known as the Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act, which is based on the IDD Directive issued by the European Union.
