The issue of withdrawal from distance contracts within the online store from the perspective of the entrepreneur

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou odstupování od distančně uzavřených smluv v rámci internetového obchodu z pohledu podnikatele, a to jak z hlediska právního, tak i hlediska ekonomicko-manažerského. V úvodní části práce se se-znamujeme s právními aspekty souvisejícími s touto problematikou. Vlastní část práce pak dále navazuje na část úvodní, a to analýzou otázek ohledně problemati-ky odstoupení od distančních smluv z podnikatelského hlediska. V návaznosti na tuto analýzu jsou zkoumány jednotlivé problémy z ní vyvstávající. Závěr práce je věnován jednotlivým doporučením pro podnikatele. Tato doporučení jsou formu-lována na základě výsledků provedené analýzy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of withdrawal from distance contracts in the online store from the perspective of the entrepreneur, both from a legal point of view and from an economic-managerial. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the legal aspects related to this issue. The following part of the work analyzes the questions regarding to the issue of withdrawal from distance con-tracts from a business point of view. Based on this, the individual problems aris-ing from it are examined. The final part is devoted to individual recommendations for entrepreneurs. These recommendations are formulated on the basis of the results of the analysis performed.
