The bachelor thesis is aimed at scouting, concretely for topic what scouting means to rovers and rangers. The thesis is devided in theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the meaning of scouting, brief history of scouting in the world and in the Czech republic, ideological pillars of scouting and individual age categories with which people in scout work.
