The sanction in the budget law
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem sankcí v rozpočtovém právu. V práci je popsána kontrola veřejné správy s důrazem na rozpočtové hospodaření a orgány finanční kontroly. Pozornost je pak věnována porušení rozpočtové kázně a důsledkům v podobě sankcí, které z takového porušení vyplývají. Bachelor thesis deals with the system of sanctions in the budget law. The thesis describes the control of public administration with an emphasis on budget management and financial control authorities. Attention is paid to the breach of budgetary discipline and consequences in the form of sanctions resulting from the breach.
