Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání postojů speciálních pedagogů ve školských poradenských zařízeních v Plzeňskem kraji k inkluzi osob s mentálním postižením ve vzdělávání. Inkluzivní vzdělávání je klíčovým prvkem moderního vzdělávacího systému, který se snaží poskytnout rovné příležitosti všem žákům bez ohledu na jejich schopnosti nebo postižení. Speciální pedagogové hrají důležitou roli v podpoře inkluzivního prostředí a zajištění individuálních potřeb studentů s mentálním postižením. Cílem této práce je analyzovat postoje speciálních pedagogů k inkluzi osob s mentálním postižením ve vzdělávání. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci příznivých a negativních postojů, které mohou ovlivňovat úroveň inkluzivity a kvalitu vzdělávání pro tyto žáky. Výzkum je prováděn prostřednictvím kombinace kvantitativního a kvalitativního přístupu, včetně dotazníkového šetření mezi speciálními pedagogy a rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the attitudes of special educators in school counselling centres in the Pilsen region towards the inclusion of people with mental disabilities in education. Inclusive education is a key element of the modern education system, which seeks to provide equal opportunities for all pupils regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Special educators play an important role in promoting an inclusive environment and providing for the individual needs of students with intellectual disabilities. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the attitudes of special educators towards inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in education. The thesis focuses on the identification of favourable and negative attitudes that may influence the level of inclusivity and the quality of education for these students. The research is conducted through a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches, including a questionnaire survey of special educators and interviews with selected respondents.
