Abstract:
This diploma work deals with the definition of concept and attributes of a legal norm, the description of its components and structure, the classification of legal norms and creation and impact of legal norms.
Abstract:
Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá vymedzením pojmu a znakov právnej normy, popisom jej prvkov a štruktúry, klasifikáciou právnych noriem a tvorbou a pôsobením právnych noriem.
