Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce s názvem Strategický management - Strategie vybrané firmy je na základě provedených analýz navrhnout strategii pro vybrané oddělení ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Po vymezení základních pojmů bude popsán proces strategického managementu. Bude definováno, jak je strategie formulována, implementována a kontrolována. Strategická situační analýza bude reprezentována analýzami vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Zmíněné analýzy byly aplikovány v praktické části a na jejich základě bylo definováno několik doporučení pro podnik. Následně byla navržena strategie pro vybrané oddělení společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis entitled Strategic management - Strategy of a selected company is based on the analysis to design a strategy for a selected department in the company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. After defining the basic concepts, the process of strategic management will be described. It will be defined how the strategy is formulated, implemented and controlled. The strategic situation analysis will be represented by analyses of the external and internal environment. The mentioned analyses were applied in the practical part and on the basis of them several recommendations for the company were defined. Subsequently, a strategy was proposed for a selected department of the company.
