Diplomová práce se zabývá z významné části problematikou právní ochrany měny euro proti padělání. V práci je přiblížena dotčená právní úprava na úrovni Evropské unie a na úrovni Slovenské republiky, která je podrobně analyzována a následně slouží k porovnání jednotlivých skutkových podstat a výší trestů a sankcí v kontrastu s právní ochranou české měny proti padělání. The diploma thesis examines the matter of legal protection of the euro against counterfeiting.
