Czech Ball Hockey Federation as an association and its activities
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o Českomoravském svazu hokejbalu v rámci spolkového práva. První část se zabývá spolky obecně a druhá část konkrétně Českomoravským svazem hokejbalu. V druhé části práce využívám poznatky z první části na konkrétním příkladu spolku. Zabývám se orgány spolku, vedením a hlavně jeho činností.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis discusses the Czech Ball Hockey Federation within the framework of association´s law. The first part is about associations in general and the second part specifically about Czech Ball Hockey Federation. In the second part, I use the findings from the first part on a specific case of an association. I deal with management of the associations and mission of the associations.
