Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím 2D elektroforézy při sledování účinku rostlinných hormonů cytokininů na proteom rostlin tabáku. The subject of bachelor thesis is the employment of 2D electrophoresis in study of effect of plant hormones cytokinins on tobacco proteome. The theoretical part reviews current knowledge of cytokinin signalization and metabolism, and modern methods in proteomic analysis.
