Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí využitelnost VoIP telefonie ke snížení nákladů na pro-voz firmy. Podkladem pro hodnocení a ekonomické rozbory byly stávající náklady na hlasové služby v Obchodní akademii Pardubice, která v současnosti využívá služeb na technologii ISDN. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis evaluates the impact of VoIP telephony on reducing company costs. The assessment and economic analyses are based on current communication costs of Business Academy, Pardubice, which presently uses ISDN technology-based services.
