Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou právní úpravy rodinného závodu, rodinného podniku a podnikání a rodinné společnosti, přičemž se snaží jednotlivé pojmy definovat a vzájemně od sebe odlišit. U jednotlivých pojmů dále popisuje jednotlivé prameny úpravy, jejich pojetí v rámci české právní úpravy či na úrovni unijní a výkladové nebo aplikační problémy. This thesis is focused on the characteristics of regulations of family enterprise, family firm, family business and family company. It defines all mentioned terms and distinguishes them from each other.
