Parkinsons disease: Influence of motor skills using low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) of the cerebellum and processing of subconscious sensory information using intracerebral recording of Mismatch negativity (MMN). Neurophysiological studies.
Abstract:
Studie A Úvod: Mozeček hraje významnou úlohu v kontrole motorických funkcí. Repetitivní transkraniální magnetická stimulace (rTMS) mozečku ovlivňuje motoriku u zdravých dobrovolníků a je schopna ovlivnit anatomické a funkčí propojení cerebellum-thalamus-kortex. Cílem naší studie A bylo zjistit, zda 1 Hz rTMS cerebella je schopna ovlivnit motorickou funkci horní končetiny v časné fázi Parkinsonovy nemoci …moreAbstract:
. MMN-like potenciál byl nalezen u všech 5 pacientů a to v devíti z deseti intracerebrálních elektrod. Závěr: Po sluchovém podnětu jsme nalezli MMN-like potenciál v nucleus …moreAbstract:
Study A Background: The cerebellum plays an important role in controlling motor functions. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) of the cerebellum affects motor functions in healthy volunteers and can affect the cerebellum-thalamus-cortex pathway. The aim of Study A was to determine whether 1-Hz cerebellar repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) could affect arm movement in …moreAbstract:
