European Anti-Corruption Policy

Abstract:

Moje rigorózní práce zkoumá protikorupční politiku Evropské unie ve třech rovinách: směrem dovnitř orgánů a institucí EU, vůči členským státům a v mezinárodním kontextu. Představuje základní teoretické koncepty, nástroje a aktéry této politiky a analyzuje její výsledky. Zamýšlí se nad optimální úrovní evropské integrace a možným budoucím vývojem v této oblasti.

Abstract:

My thesis examines the anti-corruption policy of the European Union in three dimensions: within the EU institutions and bodies, towards the member states and in the international context. It introduces basic theoretical concepts, tools and players of this policy and it analyses its outcomes. It considers the optimal level of European integration and possible future development in this area.
