Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je dětská ergoterapie jako součást práce s dětmi se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol, které jsou dále rozděleny do podkapitol. Jednotlivé kapitoly a podkapitoly se snaží o vysvětlení základních pojmů a přiblížení oboru ergoterapie a možnost zapojení ergoterapeuta do prostředí MŠ pedagogům, dále je v teoretické části obsaženo předškolní vzdělávání v ČR, SVP, podpůrná opatření a jejich podrobný popis do jednotlivých stupňů, školská poradenská zařízení, pozice AP a možnost IVP. Cílem praktické části byla deskripce a analýza možností zjednodušení přechodu z MŠ do ZŠ u dětí se SVP pomocí dětské ergoterapie. Z tohoto důvodu byly stanovené výzkumné otázky, na které bylo zodpovězeno díky případovým studiím a strukturovaným rozhovorům se dvěma AP. Odpovědí na 1. výzkumnou otázku (Jak může dětská ergoterapie zjednodušit dětem předškolního věku se SVP přechod z MŠ do ZŠ?) je, že dětská ergoterapie může přechod z MŠ do ZŠ zjednodušit specifickými technikami a metodami. Pracuje s problémovými oblastmi, které se snaží u dítěte zcela eliminovat nebo alespoň snížit míru dopomoci od druhé osoby. Pokud se ani jedna možnost nedaří, může ergoterapeut navrhnout vhodné kompenzační pomůcky, které dítěti pomohou v jeho soběstačnosti. Odpovědí na 2. výzkumnou otázku (Jaké jsou možnosti AP implementovat požadavky ergoterapeuta do školního prostředí?) je, že samotná implementace doporučení od ergoterapeuta záleží na mnoha zásadách. Obě AP v této kvalifikační práci uvádějí, že jednodušší techniky jsou proveditelné dobře, ty složitější jsou pro ně náročné, jelikož jedna se věnuje více dětem a druhá uvádí, že v prostorách MŠ není vhodný prostor pro individuální práci s chlapcem.

Abstract:

The title of the Bachelor thesis is "Children occupational therapy as a part of work with pre-school children with special educational needs." It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, which are further divided into subchapters. Individual chapters and subchapters try to explain the basic concepts and approach to the field of occupational therapy and the possibility of involving occupational therapists in the environment of kindergarten teachers, the theoretical part includes pre-school education in the Czech Republic, special educational needs, support measures and their detailed description of individual levels, school counseling facilities, position of teaching assistant and the possibility of an individual educational plan. The aim of the practical part is to describe and analyze the possibilities that allow the transition from kindergarten to elementary school for children with special educational needs using pediatric occupational therapy. For this reason, research questions have been set and answered using case studies and two structured interviews with teaching assistants. The answer to the first research question (whether pediatric occupational therapy is able to make the transition from kindergarten to elementary school easier for pre-school children with special educational needs?) is that pediatric occupational therapy is able to make the transition from kindergarten to elementary school easier by its techniques and methods. Pediatric occupational therapy works with problematic areas which tries to eliminate completely or at least to reduce the child's level of help from the other person. If both options fail, the occupational therapist can suggest appropriate compensatory aids to help the child become self-sufficient. The answer to the second research question (what are the teaching assistant's possibilities to implement the requirements of an occupational therapist in a school environment?) is that the actual implementation of recommendations from an occupational therapist depends on many principles. In this thesis both teaching assistants state that simpler techniques are feasible, more complex ones are difficult for them, as one deals with more children and the other states that there is no suitable space for individual work with a boy in the kindergarten.
