Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Informační audit a mapování informačních toků v podniku se zabývá zpracováním a ukládáním informací ve firmě Synthon s.r.o. v Blansku. Jako nástroj k analýze informačních toků a zdrojů slouží informační audit, jehož provedení představuje praktickou část práce. Výsledky informačního auditu napomáhají ke správné identifikaci informačních potřeb a ke zvýšení hodnoty informací v organizaci. Podílí se také na identifikování potenciálních problémů a definování opatření na jejich odstranění, což vede k zefektivnění informačního procesu ve firmě.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis entitled Information audit and mapping of information flows in a company engages in the processing and storing of information in Synthon s.r.o. in Blansko. As a tool for analyzing information flows and sources, an information audit is often used, this will be demonstrated in the practical part of the thesis. The results of the information audit contribute to the proper identification of information needs and to increase the value of information within the organization. It also contributes to identify potential problems and define the steps to remove them, which leads to a more effective information process within the company.
