Předmětem práce je prezentace případu Urgenda proti Nizozemsku, ve kterém nadace Urgenda podala k obvodnímu soudu v Haagu občanskoprávní žalobu vůči státu s požadavkem na stanovení přísnějších redukčních cílů emisí skleníkových plynů. Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is to present the case Urgenda v. The State of the Netherlands in which Urgenda Foundation filed a civil lawsuit to district court in Haague against the government, claiming order to set stricter mitigation goals of greenhouse gas emissions.
