Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a možnostmi chmelení piva za studena. This bachelor thesis deals with characteristics and possibilities of cold beer brewing. Its content is a specification of hops as a basic ingredient and its chemical composition. Main focuspoint are substances that give a beer its typical taste, description of a production process and characteristics of aromatic hop varieties used for cold hopping.
