Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného systému financování veřejných vysokých škol v České republice s cílem vyhledání mezer v existujícím finančním systému a následné formulování konkrétních návrhů, které by pomohly zlepšit jeho současný stav. V rámci práce budou použity různé metody výzkumu, jako jsou literární rešerše, deskripce, analýza nebo komparace dat. Tyto metody poskytnou důkladný základ pro porozumění problémům a nedostatkům současného systému financování. Na základě získaných poznatků budou navrženy konkrétní strategie a opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení finanční situace veřejných vysokých škol. Očekává se, že výstupy této závěrečné práce budou sloužit jako zdroj informací a diskusní materiál pro odbornou i širokou veřejnost. Předpokládá se, že tyto výstupy a navrhovaná opatření budou mít potenciál přinést pozitivní změny vedoucí ke zlepšení současného systému financování veřejných vysokých škol v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the current funding system for public universities in the Czech Republic, aiming to identify gaps in the existing financial system and subsequently formulate specific proposals to improve its current state. Various research methods will be employed in the thesis, such as literature review, description, data analysis, and comparison. These methods will provide a thorough foundation for understanding the problems and shortcomings of the current funding system. Based on the acquired knowledge, specific strategies and measures will be proposed that could contribute to improving the financial situation of public universities. It is expected that the outputs of this thesis will serve as a source of information and discussion material for both professionals and the general public. It is anticipated that these outputs and proposed measures have the potential to bring about positive changes leading to the improvement of the current funding system for public universities in the Czech Republic.
