Remedies in civil procedure
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the characterization of remedies in civil procedure in their division and the conditions for admissibility under the Act no. 99/1963 Coll. of Civil Procedure. The first part is a specified purpose, the classification of types of remedies and redress systems. In the second and third parts are more properly characterized and extraordinary remedies.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá charakterizovaním opravných prostriedkov v občianskom práve procesnom, ich rozdelením a podmienkam prípustnosti podľa zákona č. 99/1963 Zb. o Občianskom súdnom poriadku. V prvej časti je špecifikovaný účel, klasifikácia opravných prostriedkov a druhy opravných systémov. V druhej a tretej časti sú bližšie charakterizované riadne a mimoriadne opravné prostriedky.
