První část teoretické práce popisuje metodu kapilární elektroforézy a její instrumentaci. Dále práce obsahuje teorii separace pomocí micelární elektrok-inetické chromatografie a její využití. Micelární elektrokinetická chromatografie je umožněna za přítomnosti tenzidů, v mém případě jsem použila aniontový tenzid dodecylsulfát sodný (SDS). The first part of theoretic work describes method of capillary electrophoresis. Further work includes separation theory with the aid of micellar electrokinetics chromatography and its usage. Micellar electrokinetics chromatography is possible by the presence of surfactants.
