Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři podobu tzv. odklonů v trestním řízení de lege lata a zachytit současný stav jejich uplatňování v České republice. The objective of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with diversions in criminal proceedings de lege lata and to describe the current status of their application in the Czech Republic.
