Cílem této práce je žánrová analýza tzv. direct mailů jako jednoho z nástrojů přímého marketingu. Práce bude zkoumat zejména strukturu a funkci direct mailů, které se vztahují k odvětví průmyslových armatur. Tato práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí - v první části bude nastíněno teoretické pozadí a představen model žánrové analýzy.
