Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována důchodovým systémům v České republice a v zahraničí. Cílem mé práce je zhodnocení výsledků rozboru důchodových systémů a návrh systému pro Českou republiku. Práce se nejprve zabývá analýzou jednotlivých možností, které má jedinec k zajištění dostatečných příjmů v důchodu vlastními silami. Druhá část popisuje fungování penzijních fondů. This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to pensionable systems in the Czech republic and abroad. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the results of the analysis of pension schemes and a suggestion of the system for the Czech republic.
