Bakalářské práce se zabývá konceptem společenské odpovědnosti firem a zaměřuje se na rovné příležitosti žen a mužů ve vybraných bankovních institutech s pobočkami v Ústí nad Labem a okolí. The bachelor´s thesis deals with the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and focuses on equal opportunities for women and men in selected banking institutes with branch offices in Ústí nad Labem and its surroundings.
