Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Bankovní poplatky“ je zaměřena zejména na oblast příjmů z poplatků a provizí v rámci bankovního podnikání a snaží se o srovnání této oblasti u vytypovaných bank v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda změna v oblasti poplatků motivuje klienty ke změně bankovního ústavu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis on „Bank charges“ is focused primarily on the area of revenue from fees and commissions within banking bussines. It simultaneously tries to compare this area among selected banks in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether a change in the area of banking charges motivates clients to change a bank institution.
