Abstract:
Nádory prsu představují jednu z nejvýznamnějších malignit vůbec. Přibližně 7% nádorů prsu a 10% nádorů vaječníků v populaci je přisuzováno dědičnosti nádorově citlivých genů. Abstract:
Mutation i two breast cancer susceptibility genes, BRCA1 and BRCA2, account for most multiple-case breast cancer families containing members with ovarian cancer or male breast cancer. However, mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes have been identified in only about 80% of families with four or five cases of of female breast cancer.
