Non-verbal communication in preschool education

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je recipient seznámen s teoretickou částí, která obsahuje popis verbální a neverbální komunikace. Zaměřuje se na dělení nonverbální komunikace a její vývoj či výskyt v předškolním věku. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na rozdílnost v neverbální komunikaci u chlapců a dívek v předškolním věku. Pomocí rozborů videozáznamů, které byly pořizovány v době spontánní hry dětí, pozorujeme četnost výskytů jednotlivých druhů neverbální komunikace. V záznamových arších jsou zaznamenávány možné sledované projevy dětí s ohledem na pohlaví a následné vyhodnocení poukazuje na rozdílnosti v neverbálním projevu dívek a chlapců.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis contains theoretical part, which includes both verbal and non-verbal communication. It focuses on classification of non-verbal communication and its development or incidence among preschool-age children. The practical part covers the differences in non-verbal communication among preschool-age girls and boys. Based on analysis of video footage recorded during spontaneous play of the children, we can observe frequencies of particular sorts of the non-verbal communication. The tally sheets contain all the possible observed behavioural patterns of children with regard to gender. Following evaluation shows differences between non-verbal communication of girls and boys.
