Interaction of benzophenantridine alkaloids with hairpin DNA
Abstract:
The thesis describes use of fluorescence spectroscopy in study of interactions between benzo[c]phenantridine alkaloid chelirubine with hairpin DNA, that has various orders of complementary bases with those that create so called bulge and affect intensity of fluorescence. In the next step, complex stability constants of studied alkaloid with various structures of hairpin DNA were measured.
Abstract:
Práca popisuje použitie fluorescenčnej spektroskopie na štúdium interakcií medzi benzo[c]fenanthridinovým alkaloidom chelirubin s vlásenkovou DNA, ktorá má rôzne poradie komplementárnych zásad s tými, ktoré tvoria tzv. výdúť a ovplyvňujú intenzitu fluorescencie. V ďalšom kroku bola určená konštanta stability komplexu študovaného alkaloidu s rôznymi štruktúrami vlásenkovej DNA.
