Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o vývoji československého soudnictví mezi léty 1918 az 1989. Vzhledem k šíři tématu je diplomová práce zaměřena na nejdůležitější historické události, které ovlivnily tehdejší dobové soudnictví.Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol s podkapitolami. Jednotlivé kapitoly reflektují postupný vývoj soudnictví v 20.století.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the development of the Czechoslovak judiciary between 1918 and 1989. Given the breadth of the thesis, the thesis focuses on the most important historical events that influenced the period judiciary. The individual chapters reflect the gradual development of the judiciary in the 20th century.
