Předmětem této bakalářské práce je společnost s ručením omezeným – vznik, obchodní firma a statutární orgán. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a dělí se do 5 kapitol. The issue of this Bachelor thesis is limited liability company – inception, legal name and statutory bodies. The thesis is divided into two parties.
