Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nepřímou podporu státu v oblasti výzkumu a vývoje, a to konkrétně ve formě odčitatelné položky od základu daně právnických osob. Popisuje, dle zákonné legislativy, podmínky, za kterých je možno uplatnit odčitatelnou položku a v jaké výši, a to nejen v České republice, ale i ve vybraných státech, které uplatňují právě tuto formu podpory výzkumu a vývoje. This bachelor thesis focuses on indirect state support for research and development, especially in the form of tax deduction from the corporate tax base.
