Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá kázeňskými tresty v 19. a 20. století. Konkrétně od dob vlády Marie Terezie až do dnešní doby. Zaměřuje se zejména na výčet nejvýznamnějších pramenů právní úpravy kázeňských trestů a jejich stručný rozbor. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the disciplinary penalties in schools in the 19th and 20th centuries. Specifically, since the reign of Maria Theresa until today. It focuses in particular on the list of the most important sources of law disciplinary punishments and their brief analysis. Thematically, it also puts attention to a general development of disciplinary punishment in schools and their legislation. …more
