Abstract:
Bakalářská práce podrobně rozebírá téma Histaminové intolerance. První část přibližuje význam histaminu a dalších biogenních aminů pro lidské tělo. Dále vysvětluje metabolismus histaminu a účinky enzymu diaminooxidáza. A v poslední části popisuje jednotlivé příčiny vzniku histaminové intolerance, problematiku diagnostiky a její léčbu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis discusses in detail the topic of Histamine Intolerance. The first part introduces the importance of histamine and other biogenic amines for the human body. It also explains the metabolism of histamine and the effects of the enzyme diaminooxidase. And in the last part, it describes the various causes of histamine intolerance, diagnostic issues and its treatment.
