Comparison of Selected Companies SME from Marketing and Financial View

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce analyzuje trh české sklářské výroby jako celek z hlediska historického vývoje až do současnosti a z hlediska jeho významu pro českou ekonomiku. Dále analyzuje dvě vybrané sklářské firmy s ruční výrobou skla, kterými jsou AJETO spol. s r.o. Czech Glass Craft a Sklárna a minipivovar NOVOSAD & SYN Harrachov s.r.o. Navzájem jsou tyto firmy porovnávány z hlediska šíře a parametrů produktového portfolia, jejich marketingové komunikace a i z finančního pohledu. Na základě analýzy SWOT a odhadu budoucího vývoje sklářské výroby v ČR a vybraných firem jsou navržena opatření pro zvýšení jejich konkurenceschopnosti a udržení na trhu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis analyzes the market of Czech glass production as a whole from the perspective of historical development until the present and in terms of its importance for the Czech economy. It also analyzes the two selected glass companies with handmade glass, which are AJETO Ltd. Czech Glass Craft and Glass factory and brewery Novosad & son Ltd. Then these companies are compared in terms of breadth and parameters of product portfolio, its marketing communication and also from a financial perspective. On the basis of SWOT analysis and prediction of future development of Czech glass production and selected companies there are proposed measures to increase their competitiveness and to sustain in the market.
