Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu hospodaření Úřadu práce ČR, krajské pobočky v Olomouci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představen Úřad práce, jeho hlavní činnosti a jeho financování. V praktické části této práce je úřad práce začleněn do prostředí veřejných financí a je zde na základě zjištěných informací provedena analýza hospodaření s důrazem na výdajovou stranu rozpočtu krajské pobočky v Olomouci.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bechelor thesis is the management analysis of the Public Employment Service of the Czech Republic, regional office in Olomouc. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduces the Public Employment Service, its main activites and its financing. In the practical part of this work,the Public Employment Service is integrated into the environment of the public Inothe public finance system, and on the basis of the information obtained, there is an analysis of the management with an emphasis on the expenditure side of the budget of the regional office in Olomouc.
