Digital technologies as a subject of forensic investigation of vehicle crimes
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitálních stop a digitálními technologiemi, které mohou být přínosem pro objasnění vybraných trestných činů spojených s motorovými dvoustopými vozidly. Práce je členěna do kapitol a podkapitol. V první části práce je zohledněn výchozí stav dále řešené problematiky. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu a vyhodnocení získaných poznatků.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of digital evidence and digital technologies, which can be beneficial for the investigation of selected crimes connected with motor two-track vehicles.
