Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zadluženosti a dopadů v případě neschopnosti dlužníků splácet své závazky. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o zadluženosti v České republice, ve druhé jsou blíže popsány možnosti posky-tovaných úvěrů. This bachelor thesis describes the impact of mortgages on people's lives and the problems which follow, specifically in cases where people are not able to pay off their debts.
