Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhů vedoucích k zvýšení spokojenosti hostů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako je spokojenost a očekávání hostů, důležitost řízení kvality a marketingové komunikace a význam přítomnosti ubytovacího zařízení na internetových portálech.
