V teoretické části se diplomová práce zabývá vlastnostmi vybraných složek silic, historií využití silic člověkem, mikroextrakcí kapalinou - její instrumentací a využitím v analýze potravin. Dále se zabývá metodikou pro analýzu složek silic. Jedna z kapitol se věnuje popisu metod kvantifikace. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with properties of selected components of essential oils, the historical utilisation of essential oils by people, liquid microextraction - instrumentation and its application in food analysis.
