Tato bakalářská práce na základně současných poznatků posuzuje význam pohybové aktivity v prevenci a léčbě diabetu 2. typu. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisí s civilizačními onemocněními. Je to například metabolický syndrom, sedavý způsob života, obezita a špatné stravovací návyky. This bachelor's thesis, which is based on current research, evaluates the importance of physical activity in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. The first part explains concepts related to lifestyle diseases. These are for example metabolic syndrome, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, and poor eating habits.
