Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Ochrana památek na malém městě: ideje - kauzy - aktéři. Venkovská pobočka Klubu za starou Prahu v Pelhřimově v období 1. poloviny 20. století zkoumá aktivity mimopražského odboru Klubu Za starou Prahu v Pelhřimově. Práce řeší okolnosti vzniku této organizace, její vnitřní fungování a její samotný zánik. Snaží se zmapovat nejvýraznější památkové kauzy a projekty, na kterých se pobočka podílela především v prvních letech své činnosti. Pozornost je zde rovněž věnována dobovému tisku, který byl jedním z hybatelů dění na malém městě.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled Preservation of monuments in a small town: ideas - causes - actors. The rural branch of the Club for Old Prague in Pelhřimov in the first half of the 20th century examines the activities of the non-Prague branch of the Club for Old Prague in Pelhřimov. The thesis deals with the circumstances of the establishment of this organization, its internal functioning and its very demise. It tries to map the most significant monumental causes and projects in which the branch was involved, especially in the first years of its activity. Attention is also paid to the contemporary press, which was one of the driving forces behind the events in the small town.
