Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku místních poplatků a s nimi souvisejí pravomoc obce k jejich zavedení formou obecně zá-vazné vyhlášky. Část práce je věnována teoretické rovině, kde jsou vy-mezeny základní pojmy, právní úprava a charakteristika místních po-platků s pozorností na novelu zákona. Dále je obsahem praktická část, kde je provedena analýza místních poplatků zavedených na území sta-tutárního města Brna a zhodnocení jejich přínosu do municipálního rozpočtu městské části s doplněním o vlastní úsudky.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of local fees the issue of local fees and the related powers of the municipality to implement them in the form of a generally binding decree. The part of the thesis deals with theoretical level, where there are defined basic terms, which include legal framework and characteristics of local fees with attention to amendment to the Act. The second part of Bachelor thesis is practi-cal part, where there was performed analysis of local fees, which was introduced in the territory of the statutory city of Brno and its evalua-tion of their contribution to the municipal budget of the city district with the addition of own judgments.
