Tato práce se zabývá úpravou zeměpisného označování zemědělských produktů a potravin v Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady č. 1151/2012. Cílem práce je nejen rozbor tohoto nařízení, ale také jeho srovnání s Nařízením Rady (ES) č. 510/2006, které bylo Nařízením č.1151/2012 nahrazeno. V práci budou představeny jednotlivé režimy jakosti, jejich srovnání a vztah s ochrannými známkami. Také bude popsán …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legislation of geographical indications for agricultural products and foodstuffs in the Regulation (EU) No. 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and the Council. The aim is not only the analysis of regulation, but also its comparison with Regulation (EC) no.510/2006 of the Council, which was replaced by Regulation no. 1151/2012.
